The life alignment reflection runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to share them using the optional follow-up form. We do not save questionnaire drafts in browser storage.
When you submit a contact form or breathwork introduction, we store the answers and contact details you choose to provide in AliveAwake’s Cloudflare database for a personal follow-up. Breathwork introductions may include personal wellbeing information; you can skip optional questions or discuss details privately. Only account-authorized administrators can retrieve submissions. Ask Eyal to access, correct, or delete information you have shared.
There are no Jotform embeds. YouTube video thumbnails are shown from YouTube’s image server. The YouTube and Wistia video players and booking through Calendly load only after you choose to open them. Those services have their own privacy policies. Advertising and analytics tags are not active on this website.

AliveAwake website is owned by AliveAwake, which is a data controller of your personal data.
We have adopted this Privacy Policy, which determines how we are processing the information collected by AliveAwake, which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy before using AliveAwake website.
We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security.
Personal information we collect:
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Our forms use temporary, hashed IP-based rate limits to reduce abuse. Advertising and analytics tags are not active. We store the contact details and answers you explicitly submit through our forms, as described above. When you submit a form, Eyal receives a private Telegram notification with the name and contact details you entered (and, for contact messages, your message) so he can reply; questionnaire answers are not included in it. In the breathwork introduction, Eyal also receives a short Telegram notification with the name you enter as soon as you continue past that question, even if you do not finish the form; this early notification is not stored on the website. Payments and bookings are handled by the external services you choose to open.
Why do we process your data?
Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that it would identify any particular user of the system.
You can visit the website without telling us who you are or revealing any information, by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the website’s features, or you wish to receive our newsletter or provide other details by filling a form, you may provide personal data to us, such as your email, first name, last name, city of residence, organization, telephone number. You can choose not to provide us with your personal data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the website’s features. For example, you won’t be able to receive our Newsletter or contact us directly from the website.
