Breathwork Healing Session

There are moments when our body carries what our mind cannot express — tension, emotion, and memories that remain unprocessed.
Over time, these energetic blockages can manifest as physical
tightness, emotional heaviness, or a feeling of being stuck.

The Breathwork Healing Session is a one-on-one process designed to help you release these stored patterns and reconnect with your natural vitality through breath, touch, and awareness.

It is an experience of coming home to your body — awakening what has been dormant, softening what has been held, and allowing your energy to move freely again.
You leave with a sense of clarity, grounding, and renewed connection to yourself.

What Happens in the Session (Step by Step):

Emotional Check-in

We begin with a short conversation — to understand where you are emotionally and what feels blocked or heavy in your system.
This moment of clarity helps set an intention for the session.

Lying Down

You lie comfortably on a therapy bed or mat. We make sure your body feels safe, supported, and relaxed before starting.

Conscious Breathing

You’ll be guided through deep, circular breathing (similar to Holotropic or Rebirthing Breathwork). The goal is to activate your life force energy and gently expand your state of awareness — bringing hidden emotions and sensations to the surface.

Deep Pressure Points

Throughout the process, I apply deep, focused pressure on specific areas of the body — such as the chest, diaphragm, belly, or shoulders. This helps release stored energy and reawaken emotional flow. Sometimes the body may tremble, contract, or stretch — this is a natural part of release.

Emotional Expression

As the energy moves, emotions often surface — tears, laughter, trembling, or silence. You are encouraged to let the body express freely while I hold a safe, grounded space throughout. This is the heart of the purification process — when release becomes healing.

Integration & Relaxation

After the energetic peak, you’ll rest quietly, breathing softly, allowing your system to integrate the experience. Many people feel lightness, warmth, or a sense of deep inner peace.

Closing Conversation

We end with a gentle reflection — to help you anchor what was released and understand its emotional or spiritual meaning. You leave with a sense of clarity, grounding, and renewed connection to yourself.
